1) 2215 Minimum Need Programme

District planning committee sanctions approximately Rs -150 to 200 lakhs budget yearly to this department for following purposes.

1. For extension of pipelines in rural area.
2. Argumentation of water supply scheme.
3. Drinking water thus wells, E.S.R ---etc.

Criteria for selection of villages under this head as follows.

1. Continuous tanker for three years.
2. Demand from V.W.S.C
3. V.W.S.C should agree for 10% public contribution.
4. All works should be carried out by V.W.S.C under technical guidance of sub divisions @ T.S.P.
