b)	Aim, objective:	To provide self employment to marginal farmer.
c)	Terms & conditions:	Beneficiary Should belong to S. C. Community. At least 5 beneficiaries should be from a single village. Village of beneficiary must be on milk route. There should be 30 % ladies beneficiaries among them
d)	Nature of benefit :	A unit of 3 cows or 3 buffaloes on 50% subsidy with one year cattle insurance.
